Great class tonight Nikki, really made me think about my foot position and how my body has been feeling.

So excited and pleased to be back in class with you, I’ve tried online and other classes but it just hasn’t been the same.

Your sense of humour and clear instruction really make the class. Just one class has released loads of tension I’ve been feeling in my neck & shoulders.

Looking forward to the next few weeks and hopefully more…
