Shibashi for All

The Shibashi I teach has its roots in the Yang style derived from the Chen style. This was taken by Professor Lin Hou-Sheng in 1979, who then developed the routine of Shibashi with the intention of making Tai Chi Qigong accessible to the elderly.

Wing Cheung was the pupil of Wu Jian Hua a colleague of Lin Hou-Sheng. Today Wing Cheung is the world authority and his form is the basis of my instruction.

My intention is to make Taichi Qigong Shibashi accessible for all ages and abilities with the primary focus on reducing stress, for better health - emotionally, physically and spiritually.
