A clear floor area the size of a yoga mat, good lighting, and a stable chair nearby if you prefer a seated option. A laptop or tablet is easiest for following along.

Yes. All exercises can be adapted to a chair.
This is gentle movement, however please work within your limits and follow medical advice. If you have a current injury, dizziness, recent surgery, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or you are pregnant, please check with your clinician first.
Live online and in person classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time. After that, the booking is non refundable. If I need to cancel, you will be offered a transfer or refund.
Yes. Many members do both. Use live sessions for accountability and on demand for daily practice.
