The Sanctuary at Home is the online membership of The Shibashi Sanctuary, your space to enjoy the benefits of Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi wherever you are.

With a mix of live online classes and a growing on-demand video library, you can practise daily, follow along at your own pace, and return to your favourite sessions whenever you choose.

The gentle, flowing movements combine posture, breath, and mindful focus to:

Whether you have 10 - 15 minutes or a full hour,  you’ll find sessions to fit your day.
